BHW Akademia is our dedicated development initiative designed to empower junior professionals through hands-on experience across our departments and scientific divisions.
Through structured 2–3 month internship programs, BHW Akademia provides tailored learning journeys suited to each participant’s academic background, skills, and career aspirations. Interns engage in meaningful, results-oriented projects while receiving continuous mentorship and support from our experienced teams.
Our mission is to cultivate practical competencies, encourage accountability, and accelerate personal and professional growth in real-world settings. Upon completion, participants receive an official Recognition Certificate, acknowledging their contribution and newly acquired skills.

BHW Akademia offers 2–3 month internships in functions such as R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, business development, operations, and scientific communications.
