We are proud to introduce BHW Akademia, an initiative empowering junior professionals with hands-on experience across our departments and specialties.
Through 2–3 month structured internship programs, BHW Akademia offers tailored learning journeys aligned with each intern’s academic and professional background. Interns will work on focused, impactful projects, supported by guidance and resources from our experienced teams. The aim is to cultivate practical skills, foster accountability, and drive personal growth in real-world settings.
At the end of the program, each participant receives a Recognition Certificate, validating their contributions and newly acquired competencies.
